Okay, so in answer to (1), I finally found that the units are categorised in the separate Army list download, even though this is not noted in the main rules, nor carried through onto the cards. So "Cavalry" units do include land speeders, but not transports. "Heavy Vehicles" are...

Firstly, it's been a long time since I posted here on TacComm, and I'm thrilled to find it's alive and well! I saw the recent efforts to create an "updated" NetEpic to move it to a more dynamic and D10 based system, whilst preserving the old SM2E flavour, and I think that's a fantastic goa...

Love the look of that MoK, consider the flail idea stolen. Just got lost reading the rest of your blog. Lovely stuff, makes me want to go put more detail on all my orks. Do the old plastic Warlord parts come up often on ebay/for trade? I really like that head. Where is that gun from? Not usually on...

Mmm, very nice indeed! As others have already said, the powerfist is particularly good. :)

And you're right, having shown us what some of the suggestions I listed look like, it does seem that there is consensus! ;)

I think that whilst you may be fairly restricted in weapon-swaps on the carapace weapons, you have fairly free reign over magnetising the arm weapons. Many 40k weapons look pretty good on Epic titans as long as you consider some of the scale-detail and either hide or disguise it. Also consider that ...

Very nice! I particularly like the Castellan and Lancer Knight colour schemes, and the colour fade on the Reaver's TLDs is also a nice touch.

Thank you for sharing! :D

I am mixing it till it has an even color through and through, even adding a bit of water to get it to a bubble gummy consistency then letting it firm for 20-30 min This. You can use Milliput straight after mixing. After 30 mins or so, it gets harder to work and is less tacky. If you need to add wat...

It's a pretty good proxy, I have to admit!

@ Apoc:

Link here. At $0.70 each, and I'd guess at around 15-18mm tall.

Heh, I really like the oversized claws, and the hunched look they give the models. Good job with all of these; it's a real pleasure to see them coming together into a recognisable force!

Sorry to hear that Jag!

As for the thaumaturges, what about dirty ivory robes with a purplish flesh tone? It'd fit in tonally with the red/grey/black of the Crimson Bondsmen, and still stand out.

Thanks for the support guys. Despite my best efforts last night, I'm still only going to get the Goliaths done this month I think. I could rush them and just about manage another 150pts of something else on top, but I feel that I'd rather do 225pts properly than 375pts badly. Unfortunately, I'm a sl...
