Seems to me that it is simply the inappropriate URL that is the real problem for GW. They don't want it to look like an official GW site when it comes up in search results, links, etc. I think the donate button just gave them legal justification to take action. For sites like ours, the website is th... |

I agree, just tick a box for a bonus point if they've made a reasonable effort to field a painted army.
By all means have a separate prize for best painted army (i would consider it dis-honourable to enter a commissioned job into this). |

Good to see both games are passionately supported!
I'm starting with NetEpic because I Space Marine. (good timing what with Gold appearing) (plus my armies are painted appropriately) |

Hmmm, 1m = 10km (1:10000), could work That would make the models roughly 30x too big Wasn't expecting such a disparity?!
So what about time scale, how long is a turn? I know it's kind of a vague concept but the rule developers must have had a fixed baseline to work from. |

Is there a version number included in the book? If not, it might worth adding so that a player can know exactly which version they're using. So this version might be 'Gold (pre-release)' the final final one just 'Gold' and then any subsequent releases 'Gold (update 1)', 'Gold (update 2)', etc... Awe... |

Well if 1mm = 1ft then we get 1/305th scale.
So a big 4x8 table represents about 375m * 750m.
Still seems small |

So roughly speaking, what does 1 meter in NetEpic table-top space represent?

Hello, I'm just getting back into Epic after a looooooooooooooooong time out, and trying to figure out which rules to use (Space Marine vs NetEpic vs Armaggedon). Is SM very different to NetEpic?
Thanks,
