That would be me then, how so a wrong list, you say too much MW, I only took 9 Thunderers in total and only 2 Executioners. The remaining 23 Leman Russ's were standard pattern. As for the shadow swords and DS they were there to deal with with the Dark Eldar war engines of which their were 4. The Thu... |

Excellent stuff, I must admit that for WW2 our club plays alot of Flames of War however 5 or 6 of us were looking for a more recent game system. Have you played Cold War Commander yet and if so how did you find it. We have ordered the rules set and some minis from GHQ but wanted to find what others'... |

Mhm. You used a wrong list with way too much MW. If you reduce the demolisher cannon back to 3+/4+, you will see it takes much pressure out of the list. Try it this way and you will see, the results will something very different.
I'm confused, who was this comment intended for? |

As 'the opponent' I have to thank Gareth for a fun game with plenty of humour and good grace, not to mention Melinda and her assets! Thanks for the correction about the Hydras I won't make that mistake again. I respect the crossfire rule having had Gareth use it on me previously, however in this par... |

Has anyone tried the revised SG game variant Adeptus Titanicus rules yet, they appear pretty much like AT2 with some tweaks?
Would they suffice for the start of a new AT rules set albiet with some crew skill development etc? |

QUOTEBut this reports are not posted on this board, as they add nothing to E&C?s design process Fair enough, so where do they get posted? QUOTEAnd in most other cases I field 4 Minervish units, which is 50% of the list. Maybe you will get a good guide if you try to reach this with your armies. Am I... |

QUOTEI didn't see anything about your list that was particularly 'Minervan-ish' Yes as Soren said you could get alot of this from SLL, but just how varied from SLL will you be able to get with a list made up from IG tanks!! I'm sure I could have used more Tank platoons and maybe some of the assault... |

I am not a prolific contributor to the Epic forums (here or over at SG) so I'm not quite sure of the protocol however I am confudsed by all the separate developments going on at present. Is there an 'official' AMTL champion or is some kind of forum judgement going to be passed on the various lists t... |

QUOTEPoop, now that Reaver MB and Plasma Destructors have been balanced/downgraded I shall not be using them. Now you should sit on your blitz and hope that somebody is stupid enough to put his head in the open so you could shoot it with sustaining plasmadestructors. Bad thing is that other weapons... |

Its a very minor point I know but please can the super-heavy vehicles be referred to as Praetorians not Ordinatus, that term is exclusive for the 3 AM vehicles. Many thanks |

It would appear from the comments that a standard loadout with swapping type arrangement is the most popular. Could we agree a way forward on this as it would appear to be the easiest list to design and I'm all for Occam's razor. Is there a list we can start playtesting so that we can determine if g... |

QUOTE The AMTL with their concentration on large war engines are rather vulnerable to either massed TK fire or being swamped by INF and AV; all of their eggs are in one basket. What is the concentration of TK weaponry in other armies, it would appear to me that the highest % of TK weapons that do t... |

I'm joining this debate a bit late and I've already posted more detail on Blarg's thread, but the essence of my post is that I doubt you can make an AMTL list work for E:A. For Titans to interact appropriately in E:A my view is they have to be toned down considerably as every experience I've had wit... |
