Please post your comments on possible improvements etc. 4000 point Space Marine army list (general purpose); Tit...

Sign me up aswell! It sounds as if you have a system of 100 % house rules though, might be too complex for outsiders...

This time my question is really simple: Is there any way to have tactical marines transported by Land Raiders according to the netepic rules? (I dont remember exactly how this worked in SM 2ed, but in SM 1 I think you could choose either, as detachments of infantry and vehicles were separate)

Ok, there isnt really a point for me to rank these in any particular order (I know Ill just remmber another favourite the second I send the post). Consider these recommendations: I read a lot of history. One of my fav american writers of popular history is Barbara Tuchman, but I should mention Georg...

None of these cool guys are still at GW are they? Like Dale Hurst, Tim Prow, Mike McVey or Tony Cottrell? Does anyone else think they seem a lot more skilled with the brush than the new breed on the WD pages? I really feel that something happened in around 92-93. It becomes harder and harder to dist...

I am seriously tempted to paint an entire armys worth of marine infantry in legion of the damned colours, with skeleton markings, flames and the works on every single marine...
If I get my speed up to 1 stand per hour it would only take a couple of years!

I just wanted to ask everyone for their opinions on this. When Im building a space marine army of say 4000 pts, I would use a couple of infantry companies as the core of the army of course. Now the "standard" marine company is the tactical company. However, I never seem to buy this one as I, for jus...

I just had to comment on this one, from Signius's post:

"Also, there are'nt any vertuoso guitar players like there used to be."

- I am currently banging my head to the sound of one of mr. Yngwie Malmsteens heatrtripping solos.

Sorry to dissapoint you, but I am a bit of a metalhead, although I must admit that rock music never really can compare with the likes of Beethoven or J S Bach, who are other favourites of mine.

Im having a go at a sabre conversion modeled after the tony cottrell version. Im just gonna cut away the bolter and the right side frontal armour plate, and put a plastic cannon (from an old plastic sprue) on to it. I might be able to show you pictures when Im ready. I dont have a camera, but I do h...

I was just wondering about the sabre squadrons that are available in the space marine armylist for net epic 4. It says they are fitted with an autocannon in a turret, like the one on the predator. Now I happen to own the WD issue (#120) with the original article on converting 40K rhino and landraide...
