I must agree with the bunch of guys Erik. I have no problems with move-aim-shoot, move-move-shoot, move-move-move. I can see that the embark/disembark thing is a problem logicwise for you. But frankly I think it is purely a game mechanic, and it is a very simple one when you think of it. One move = ...

Hi there guys! After having dropped out on painting my epic marines intended for a tournie coming up at Easter (I'll stick with my guard) I am charging onwards to greener pastures. Having bought the WMA books quite a while ago I leafed through them and got stuck at the French army of the HYW. A quic...

Quote: (Chaplain Leviticus @ 11 Mar. 2009, 19:40 ) Well if you play at a smaller scale, the fleets are cheaper and faster to paint up.  The rules have conversions for playing all scales too, the base is 1/1200. Sounds interesting. I noted that Navwar has got a line of scale 1:3000 ships. Any...

Ordered!

I will have to play with card counters at first though. No time to start maritime modelling in the immediate future. On the other hand, that should give me plenty of time to choose which nation I want to play. :)

Agreed. I bought an Eldar Warhost from their homepage recently. One Howling Banshee was miscast (her upper half was missing). That is one model, not one stand mind you. I went down to my local store and showed them the box and the sprue. After having made the obvious joke that it portrayed what woul...

That is looking so sweet. Nice work on the research too. Will we see Thor on a ten feet rod portraying him as he battles the Jormundgand? Oh and as for the religious guy, I'm finding it very hard to see where he's getting his fuel. Sure if he was a moslem and you were sculpting Mohammad, he'd have a...

I am having trouble getting the pieces on the board. This is what I do: I start vassal. I open the Epic module. I start a new game offline. I select a setup e.g. "desert". I join a Player 2. (There is no player 1 and observer can't be right?). I can now easily open the models and the deployment area...

I had a trade with Major_Gilbear. I received the minis today, everything as described. We had a nice correspondence and I will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to trade.

(I'm in Sweden, he's in the UK).
