Great Orks! I really like your style of painting greenskins. Reminds me of the merrier times of early RT orkiness, which I like myself. The attention to detail is almost slightly worrying. Wil you have the stamina to last a sizeable Whaargh? Btw, how will the cashier react when you hand him/her a bi... |

My humbliest apologies to Warmaster Nice (and others). Brilliant idea though, well suited for stealing |

Thanks! I actually stole the concept from another epic madman who did some ork-stuff a couple of years ago. Cannot actually remember who it was or what he did. Could have been Mustang Sally who had a nice website way back (cannot find it now). I use the foil from used nespresso coffee pods. Sort of ... |

Metal skin finished, main engines added some gunz added (more to come), wing rokkit launchers done. To do: Landing gear, more gunz and fiddly bitz, assault hatch, painting. |

Not too many comments so far, well I'll just go ahead anyway. Bridge done, riveted skin underway. |

Orkiness is conveyed not through white fluff, but rivits. Lots of them. A decent sized whaargh to anyone capable of identifying the source of the material for the soon-to-be Landa-skin. |

Sorry about the picture quality btw. The phonecam is not really the spiffiest, but handy and nearby. Anyway. Mork naturally heard about the whole thing and insisted on a similar design for his followers... |

So a white fluff-ball, you say? Yes. I think this shape reflect an orkoid concept of aviation streamlining perfectly. Sort of a "crush the air" approach to flying. Still, the meks would naturally improve upon this design adding various bits in a more or less hap hazard way. You need some w... |

So here is the story. Played quite a lot of Epick 40K in the days. Then nothing. For years. Got talking to a new gamer acquaintance and that got me going again. Built up an EA ork army based on my old minis. Had my first games at a convention. And it went pearshaped. Severely. After being cruelly pu... |

Nice blog thingie! We actually played at Gothcon (I was the first Ork player with no clue whatsoever...) Just found this and I am well happy to see your minis up close as the detail is, well, ridiculuous. By far the best looking Epic army at that convention. I sure learned some great lessons (like h... |
