Bear in mind that you dont 'need' pressure/vac to get good casts, it just makes them easier/more reliable in intricate moulds. As an example, by using a very low viscosity resin (like the one I mentioned earlier) you can achieve basicly perfect casts without extra kit, my latest mould is 23/23 perfe... |

Slow high is how you pour the RTV from your mixing pot to the mould form. ie slowly and from a height, this basicly means the stream of RTV is very thin and bubbles in the RTV from mixing arent able to make it into the mould form as the stream of RTV is thinner than the diameter of the bubble, so th... |

They are 1:1200 unfortunately. Based on what I know of the range, I would estimate that the zepplin tower is about 40mm tall and the flat circular 'plug in' area on the top of the command bunker is about 12-15mm (assuming it uses the same plug in tops as the landships). EDIT: There is a page 2 btw: ... |

Found it: "For what it's worth I called customer service a few weeks ago and asked if the warmaster line was being discontinued with the stoppage of metal figure production. The rep said that it would not be a problem and that warmaster would be unaffected by the changeover to resin. " htt... |

They are new moulds, they have sprued up the models ive seen to have ~3 components on a resin sprue. The key concern atm is cast quality, there are numerous reports of poor casts, even the promo pictures on the GW website have visable bubbles. http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/371719.p... |

I have to add my thanks to the developers and testers of this list, its truely a masterpiece. It contains a load of great toys that the standard lists dont (brass scorpions, thunderhawks etc) and has much better layout/choices, specifically the standard CSM retinues allowing you to upgrade members t... |

TBH both lists have potential, but it seems they are both quite early in developement, I think combining them would be beneficial overall as, lets face it, grot lists are about as niche as armys get in epic, I dont think there is really enough playtest capacity to truely develop two. Further, it is ... |

To follow up on the above: Does anyone know if there is a precident, for or against, what pattern of titan a specific Legio uses. Do they mix patterns? ie Could Legio Gryphonicus have Mars and Lucius Pattern Warhounds? If they use only 1, do we know which? or is it never stated? |

The infantry/suits look awesome, are they metal/resin? The FW epic resin infantry was always really fragile, are these usable without damage? |

Thanks for your feedback. I think initially I will go for Chaos/Imperial, and have a fixed number of tickets for each side, 6/6 to begin with. Then depending on interest in those tickets I can open up additional tickets if there is demand, or offer a limited number of xenos tickets to balance teams ... |

It depends on what is more important to the players, would they prefer a strong storyline or a possibly slightly contrived story that allows all armies to participate. Im open to running both, I initially picked storyline as all the other events allow all armies and have no storyline, so as to diffe... |

I plan for it to be a narrative campaign, detailing a Chaos assault on an Imperial planet. So narratively I am aiming for it to be Chaos and Imperial. I want to allow as many lists as possible, to give a variety of armies within the story of Chaos vs Imperial, ie all the flavours of marines, guard, ... |
