Minoris Minoris next to some knights for scale? gallery_62972_10948_32472.jpg They can be really vast though. I expect I'll make my Majoris 15-20cm or so long when/if I get round to making one. Some fiction and art even has city block sized Ordinatus Majoris e.g. c25b4c189b8ce6b85fb846d27b8fadeb.jpg

Oops! I'd missed the fact that Barran's can only have 25% air as I've not used them before. That many aircraft is only 950 points though, Epic-UK Marauders are 250 points (and still virtually never taken). Back to the drawing board on finding an aircraft heavy imperial list... I might look at doing ...

Are they 28mm scale 3d prints shrunk down or designed for that scale? I'd like some 6mm Primaris but those are currnently scaled too large.

Looks pretty massive next to the Races on it's 105mm oval base.

Yeah it's been confirmed at 8mm scale for some time after facebook comments by the guy that painted the models for the set.

That's a good thing? It's half expected but seems more of a dick move to change the scale when people have collections of similar looking smaller models. Personally I'm unsure if I'll stick with my 6mm planes or switch to 8mm for Epic. I haven't painted any of my existing ones but I don't know if th...

The new models are 8pm or one third bigger than the old ones.

Given how rag tag and varied ork planes are I'd be perfectly happy to mix the new ork planes with older 4-6mm scale GW and FW ones.

I'm using AT scale titans and knights alongside everything else 6mm. I'll live with these bits being bigger than you'd expect as such units should be imposing. I'll be internally consistent across my own armies and not care if they're out of scale with my opponents. I'll be using whole armies of AT ...

Unfortunately I'm not well enough to go either currently - I had a nasty bicycle crash a few nights ago and have concussion, a black eye and neck pain and minor damage to my bike. I'd hoped to be feeling better by now but it seems to be a slow recovery...

Hope you find someone else to step in!

Thanks Richard but I was only going if there would then be even numbers (through a last minute additional player or someone dropping out) but this hasn't happened so almost definite I won't be going this year.

I'll see you guy at the Minigeddon tournament next month instead. Have fun!
