I've never seen it played. It seems pretty fast to me, with Valkyries, Vultures and Hellhounds. I think the the core infantry formation is going to one of those "take it because you have to" formations. You're loosing out on the AT and range of Steel Legion in exchange for a CC bump. |

Sweet. So is it done, done? Or are you adding Navy and Mechanicus assets at some point? |

Yup, I do this every game. I just spin the Manticores that can't fire around. Note that they can still be suppressed though, you don't skip over them just because they can't fire when checking suppression. |

Both NetEA and EpicUK use the same Epic Armageddon rules, so yes. It's the army lists that are different. |

I've been working on the Velites these past few weeks. Most of the colors have their basecoat down and I'm halfway through painting the red. https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhyKuxfWRUzKv00p5AGMZmPPGN-CCTgOVk4pPkwNVtM7vdOrx3dLS0gJGLosVls6YtwTSaI3Bjf3jGBdWjIKyxIBiepKwb64TYAJA... |

I started off my Polybian Romans with not painting any Romans at all, but Cretan Archers. I'll be using these as skirmishers. These are closer to true 15mm than the Romans (more 18mm). I'm telling myself that the Romans were just better fed. https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXs... |

Thanks man, that helps a lot.
How do the M10/M18/M36 Tank Destroyers factor in to all of this? There's stats for those in Rommel.
The role of the M8 AG was direct fire support? Maybe I'll tuck a single model on one of my armored infantry bases. |

I scored a copy of Rommel for cheap off of eBay the other week, I was wondering if someone (L4?) could help me with a few build questions. I’d like to model a US Armored Division on the table with bases representing a company and individual models representing platoons (so 1 model equates to 3-5 act... |

That be great. If you don't' have an army we can loan one out. 8-12 of us will likely be down at Fall In or Cold Wars too. |
