| Quote: (Chroma @ Oct. 17 2009, 21:38 ) I believe all the participants had fun... which is the important thing.  And, it motivated me to get a bunch of new scenery together... *another* important thing!  Well, despite my dislike of tournaments and other competitive play these days, I was ... |

| Quote: (frogbear @ 06 Jul. 2009, 07:49 ) The marine army composition however looks quite boring. It would have been good to see a marine player win with more of a diverse range of squads than with what was taken. In effect, I am unsure whether we have seen marines win without having to take suc... |

| Oh, fine. I guess I'll chime in as requested!  The list really felt like I was being swarmed by Tyranid, without varying a great deal from the basic rules. I'm not as up on all the Epic rules as I could be, but the regular Tyranid list always strikes me as having a lot of special rules to learn.... |

QUOTE Any ideas on how to make it appear a little more "EPIC"y? Well, since the Red Queen campaign will end with a call for Exterminatus on Xerxus VI (it's the only way to be sure), model the beast in seperate, cratered components. That ought to do the trick. |
