Roughly speaking, 40k Gorkamorkanauts = Epic Stompas. 40k Stompas = Epic Supa Stompas or even Slasha Gargants (they're roughly in between the two). It depends on what you use as comparison. Using wh40k Warhounds and Epic ones ... Background wise, more or less: they use Gargants' with a mix of piece...

They are pretty much Epic Stompas, up-gunned like usual with newer GW units. Remember that every Knight class unit in EA lists around 2005 was a AV with RA regardless of faction.
Making every Imperial Knight DC2 was a later change, not related to their size.

I'd also like to bring up the xiphon, storm eagle and fire raptor too because quite a few of us now have a bunch of them from the new aeronautica release. It would be pretty rad to possibly be able to get dual use out of them in epic. My group is all xenos fans so Horus heresy is not an option. You...

Thanks for that, Dave. Is it like that? From what you, Ginger, Kyrt and Nealhunt wrote it seems that the intention was to make it at the end only for AC AA. Well Ginger thought he agreed with me, but said he hadn't played in awhile. And Kyrt said he never saw it played that way (ie didn't agree). I ...

I fixed the Aircraft FAQ mentioned above Did not see the change in the FAQ till now and noticed this line, so my question is. After all we wrote on the previous and this page and 2012's FAQ you linked i was under the impression that enemy aircraft AA only fires at what its in range and arc at the e...

Use whatever you like more, but better ask the people around you first, just in case. About size: on Knights, they can be from a bit bigger, to close to twice. For Titans, AT18 Warhounds are around as big as Epic Warlords. About scale, Epic smaller guys are at bigger scale than the bigger ones like ...

What the title says. With Nurgle calming down around here, the guys at Madrid decided to end the drought of Epic and go with another tournament. Come and enjoy! I'm a bit late. I have moved so I couldn't answer here for some time till i got Internet again. yeah I'm saying take Ulani as a base, add some NetEA options to it, and do some 5 game tests (treating it fundamentally as an 'approved list' already) and call it good. It has some issues, just like Miner...

Hypostatic, there is an approved one and at least one experimental or fanlist for NetEA, but as you are from Scotland, EpicUK lists for Epic Armageddon are most probably what you are searching for. http://epic-uk.co.uk/wp/army-lists/ And here you have some EpicUK Skitarii forces used in tournaments ...

I have one but i cherish it a lot so i cannot help in that regard but i could maybe do it in another away. Do you not prefer the first edition one for the GG? It is almost the same as the second edition hull-wise but witha lot more weapons. Also have you tried with Primarch? I have a very late catal...

Everyone else on the thread seems for it, While it is not completely true, as now Scarik is against both changes and some others are not interested in deleting LR companies like they pretty much are with your proposal, that about what you wrote in that part is the main reason I have posted in this ...

While your answer is clear already, Largo_W, i think he is talking about the No Garrison rule you copied from Eldar's, which nullifies the normal rules for formations eligible for garrisons. He is asking if formations with extra units not listed on the No Garrison rule can still be garrisoned. For e...
