Two from Norwich will be there again. Eldar and Chaos this time I think. |

Pylons: why not AA4+ (TK1)? The kind of shot a Pylon discharges at an agile aircraft might be quite different to that which is able to discharge at the more telegraphed flight of a spacecraft. Obelisks: for me Jervis's approval does not really constitute the model becoming canon, and while I like th... |

I voted for the weekday as it's cheaper. Plus my partner would probably prefer losing me for a weekday to losing the weekend. However, i couldn't participate in anything before november anyway. Would Tyranids be permissible or is it GW only lists? As I would expect to come last by some margin, I don'... |

Which GW store is it? I'd be up for popping down, assuming it doesn't clash with any work commitments, the GW store is fairly centrally accessible, and i have sufficient notice to the book the day off. In some ways a weekday is better than the weekend. However, it would have to be on the basis of ra... |

Is it worth starting a Carnifex specific thread and a Trygon specific thread? My Venom Cannon fexes in 40K smash through tanks with ease once they get into range - S10 and 2 shots more than make up for 'glancing only'. But I'd also rather not see the fex over 35pts, which is a nice mid point between... |

I still favour getting rid of the Carni/Venomfex dyad for a single build 'fex with a single 5+ MW CC attack and a 5+FF. Not in favour of movement upgrades. Think the Venom Cannon should be made stand specific i.e. Warrior Venom Cannon, Tyrant Venom Cannon, 'Fex Venom Cannon, and have different stats... |

I said something similar to this a few days earlier The 'GW Carnifex', their general representation of it, is a scything talons/venom cannon combination. While the 40k rules may favour other builds, this is what GW seem think a Carnifex should look like. The Screamer Killer is something of an ... |

Not played Epic 'nids much, but I've found myself not entirely comfortable with the current Carnifex. Granted, the Screamer killer is the original epic 'fex, but it isn't much use in the game and doesn't really reflect how carnifexes tend to be played or portrayed. I'd favour stating the Carnifex as... |
