And, after the game, we discussed and play tested in smaller scenarios some game situations again, and the result was very different in many cases. What I?m trying to say, is that even if the co-fire ability feels powerfull in most cases, there is nothing wrong in it. It should be powerfull because ... |

Last 9 games I have played in epic, I have found that co-fire and retaining initiative can be extremely usefull in most circumstances. Yesterday evening I played agaist my friend with my Tau (he had his eldar), and retained initiative 2 times in first round, killing over 900 points (it was 2000 pts ... |

We have not noticed any balance problems what comes in Co-ord-fire. My good friend J won 3-0 with his IG agaist my tau at wednesday evening. He had absolutely no trouble agaist Co-fire.... Well, my list was pretty bad agaist IG in the first place, so that was not maybe a good example...but sti... |

Thanks for nice words again guys! Trying my best to get ok looking army with sensible time and effort...So trying to not (no, try not, do, or do not, there is no try... ) get too serious with painting...or small mistakes. If the colour scheme looks ok from 1-2 meter distance, it?s ok for me. G... |

Thanks for the nice words guys!! That gaming table I did with my good friend J, noticed we have an excellent team to do such tasks. And modelling both minis and terrain is greatly fun!! Our good friend Iceman helped us also with some good tips and advices. It?s surprisingly time consuming to ... |

Hi, here?s my first 6mm figures...what do you think? Please don?t be too severe, my first minis in this scale... In those pictures where you can see some unfinished parts of our new gaming table are hammerheads with older bases, so I changed and made new ones showing in those pics of 2 hh and that s... |

But there is a good reason for Tau?s better armor save in E:A...right? I think that the better armor save in epic is trying to say that in large scale and in longer distance, Tau have better toys to play. And in smaller scale and close distance, naturally better physical strenght and durabilit... |

2 weeks more and the whole damn Tau army is LV?s.... And everybody has a good point to show why it is that way. How about making kroot LV?s?? I think that kroot should have LV-status because they have so large heads. If you don?t believe me, measure it! Ok, sorry about that....This topic just... |

Well spoken Dobbsy. 40k and E:A are different games, and I think that it is same way in real life. Same weapon is used sometimes TOTALLY different way in different tactical and strategic situations. In 40k is small tactical situation, in E:A is large tactical or even small strategic. And they are ga... |

By the way, it would be great that someone could decide soon that are those BS going to be LV?s or infantry....so many people would know how to base figures....one or more per base.... |

It might be more simple just ignore those bloody BS totally if they can?t be fitted in to tau army properly. I don?t know is there any who thinks the same way, but if some unit does not feel "tau" for me, I will not use it. Period. Sad, because BS are some how very tau in the paper. Tau are well mov... |

Baronpiero:
I said, "why I should buy overcosted BS with half firepower..." ..but If one gets 6 at the same price than 4 before, it will be totally different sitiation. More acceptable. |

I don?t like the idea of increasing numbers to keep them(BS) effective after changes....not very Tau-like. For my understanding, Tau should be like: "less numbers and more firepower" than "more numbers and less firepower". And please don?t compare Tau to IG, they are not IG. And should not be. If so... |

Is there ANY reason why I should buy overcosted lightvehicles that shoot half of what they did before, if I can buy effective HH cadre instead? Well, opponents face always gets serious when they look my HH?s moving towards their lines.... If we have to exept that "keeping BS?s in LV-status with redu... |
