i dont think finer degrees of difference are worthwhile at this scale. D6 has all the intuitive degrees of difference you need: 2+ : likely 3+ : reasonably likely 4+ : fifty fifty 5+ : reasonably unlikely 6+ : unlikely +1 on a D6 makes a difference. +1 on D10 might not. Also more dice = smoother pro...

i wouldnt worry about all EoV armies. Besides being quite cool and fun anyway, it just wouldnt happen. IG have the exact same option after all.

sorry, didnt notice this before engines of vaul should be a warhost (of non-variable size obviously). [its the equivelent of a superheavy tank company. you are lacking options for warhosts as it is, especially if you dont like infantry] no infantry warhost. [or else this isnt armoured. fine have inf...

i play a homebrew fleet version of B5:aCtA, with shadows, earth alliance, narn and centauri. aCtA in itself is not a bad system, but it could be made so much better very easily. I think its because mongoose are too familiar with RPG's, that they think two roughly functionally identical damage tracks...

I'm with the list on this one. Stripping away options for support units that a TL would probably have does not magically make a list more focused. Changing how the list is arranged may well do though (ordinatus as support). This is even if a knight and tech guard list are completed. Such lists would...

to be fair, only just possible.

on that point though I agree that the ordinatus should be a support choice. is that your only problem?

you're asking a kinda abstract silly question. If you want to see the focus, look at the list, and there it is. Look at any of the main lists, they are likewise full of variety and options which some might consider a lack of focus. 'Lack of focus' is only a problem when the options can be combined t...

Armoured Eldar, its not the number of unique units that i have a problem with, we can easily make some up, its the number of units in total. Each varient list has, well, variety. Whereas the armoured list would be mostly composed of taking all the variety OUT (ie. the infantry), so i'm kinda opposed...

tremor cannon: i agree completely. for falcon hosts, if people are going to be using them, why take them out? My gf certainly uses them. Even if we do have an armoured list in addition to this, i still think the falcon warhosts have a place in this one. What kind of list would you want with an armou...

a particular titan clan would probably be best, as titans will be the star of the list (if not for everyone's army). As a more minor point, fluff notes about what corsair band, exodite maiden world and craftworld the clan has worked with would probably be good. My image was that the EoV and tanks, e...

Quote Even if those don't come to fruition, AMTL and OGBM could use some company. I'd like to see this list fleshed out and entered into the vault. Thats exactly my reasoning. Why should eldar miss out on all the titan action? semaj, secondary weapons for extra FF attacks i took grenade launchers; a...

this list has no official support as far as im aware, so move the thread where needed. Thats not to say i wouldnt like it to be made official as i think it could be a solid list, but if wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak howdy again semaj! Primary Titan weapons: free swapping, so my stats ...
