thanks for the help! i think we are comfortable having the war engines fight it out to the death. we thought that there might be an instance where a warlord could disengage with another so that it could try and retreat and maybe another detachment could fire on it. but with the limited number of tur...

hi everyone! i am new here. i won the epic 40k box set off of ebay and my friend and i have been giving it a try, but we are a little confused about war engines in assaults. since a war engine doesn't retreat if it loses an assault, does it immediately get into a firefight too? it seems a little odd...
