Long shot but does anyone have assault marines or decent proxies that they would be willing to sell or trade? Almost rounded out my chapter and it seems that all I'm missing troop wise is an assault company.

UK based and have PayPal.

Cheers

With the competition out of the way now, I'm pretty much back to focusing on my epic marines. Current state of play is that I have the following completed: Chapter Command: Commander, Chaplain, Librarian, Techmarine, Apothecary Legio Contingent: Warhound Titan Pack Battle Brothers: 2nd Battle Compan...

Thanks guys. I enjoyed painting the Imperator much more this time round (did a black/red one 20 years ago when it was first released) although I think I prefer the newer style titan models with the 'less rounded' surfaces. The plan now is to flesh the legion out and continue with the marine chapter....

Thanks m8 :) Got round to getting another two done, and managed to finish up the centrepiece to our current Legio. I lost some time this month due to family issues, but still managed to hit the deadline for the comp I'm entering 'him' into :)

Holy Thread revival batman! Last month was a bit of a quiet one on the Epic front, as I got engrossed in painting a Fantasy Wizard on Dragon for a competition - As the theme was 'anything goes' I went a bit overboard with it and ended up taking a fe day off work to get it finished (wife's idea and a...

Thanks again all - Now I have one complete, I'm hoping to rattle through the next batch fairly quickly. Pretty pleased as I also scored a 2nd place in the competition with it :)

Well the first test block is finished, and Ive learned a lot about how Im going to roll this out on a larger scale. I deliberately chose this one as it had a good mix of what I wanted to try out, and Im pretty happy with how it's come together in the past few days. This is the pic I've submitted as ...

THanks guys :) still undecided on how I'm going to surface the road as this is the first piece of my modular board.... I've created a border on the base where the building ends and the road starts, so if inspiration comes I'll finish it off this afternoon (entered in anoher forums modelling competit...

Thanks guys. I quite liked the idea of pick-rotate-place. It worked quite well at the weekend playing with my bro-in-law. We left a 4" gap between sections this time to see how my plan for roads would affect play. It ended out working really well (for him) after I strode my imperator right into...
