GW are working on an AT diorama for the open day later in the month. I'll be keen to see how it looks and the buildings look good made octagonal like that. I think a very good move by GW to have a vehicle only game, It shows a different move that seems like a good one , as posted by one of the folks above it seems to be a hit at taking a shot at such things like gas lands etc. I love gorka morka and the idea based around it, but we can always just buy/...

I use a 50 or 60mm base for flyers with a rod glued in, not weighted and it remains well ballanced.

Some folks add ball bearings to the underside of bases to counter balance the weight if the stand is a small diameter compaired to the model.
