The selection size thing Norto pointed out is a unit cropping issue- probably an invisible layer when the unit was imported. I fixed up a heap of these ages ago when I was trying to improve the mod- it's a time consuming PITA, good luck.
Thanks for the work!

Why should it not be an accurate reflection of the new 40k Necrons? (The Necron variant which has now probably been around the longest) Things outside of that (eg. Warbarque, many WE's) are fine to remove IMO, though most view them as set in stone for no good reason. I don't see how this Necron list...

I went with- Monoliths to a size of 3 (reduces spam) Increase the formation size of Night Scythes (same reason) Night scythes need to land (It's just simpler over all, with engagement rules etc.) Also, as mentioned above, I'm not against the 'removing Warbarques' part- to me they were added at a tim...

I posted this over in the battle report area already: I can agree with dropping Warbarques, but Monoliths are one of the Necron icons- both in the old list and the new list. It seems kind of weird to hamstring the options of those who like the new-style Necrons just because of the preferences of the...

I can see how it'd be awkward to have two different Necron lists with so many shared units, but the simple fact is that the 40k armies they're based on are very different. Necrons went from being very limited in options, Warrior heavy with mild support, toughest army in the game - to a list full of ...

Thanks for the report. Most of the 'Newcron' changes have been good in reflecting the 40k changes, which really was the whole point of making the new list. Necrons got a heck of a change between their first and second books. Warriors dropping in save comes from that, and I think is fine to reflect i...

Looking at the 1.31b NetEA list, I'm confused by a lot of the names. Maybe there's a purpose to this that I don't see, but as examples: Tyranid Warrior Alpha- implies there's another type, when there's not in this list. Nexus Zoanthrope- As above. Why add 'Nexus'? Acro-Ravener, Acri-Gargoyles- super...

I haven't touched this list in ages, but I agree with your points- I went very special rules heavy and very adaptable, probably too much so. I think I'd take a page out of some of the other 'Nid lists and have a few set 'fexes or other big creatures, rather than having them too flexible (it's just n...

Nice Deathwheel. Is there no Brass Scorpion in v40k able to be re-scaled?

What do you mean about the source control shutting down? Is that just where you host the module for sharing, because I've never even seen the 'normal' source.

Are you sure they can do that? Wouldn't it fall into the same area as things like Lance weapons, where- although the rules are still kind of shady- it's generally accepted that hits must be allocated in the most damaging way (which would clearly be CC on the shielded unit)?

For the void shields, you'd have to track CC and FF hits separately. In the case where you have one shielded and one unshielded model taking a mix of CC and FF hits, I'd treat it in the same way as Lance hits or any of those other 'odd' attacks. That is: All attacks are rolled at the same time, then...

Not necessarily will just take a little more care and planning to use effectively. I mean they are already vulnerable to being shot down now the portal is just a little harder to use if your opponent is already on CAP. But hey the Pylons have a massive powerful AA umbrella still. It's been my exper...

Sounds like an interesting change. I think it means Necrons will have to go heavy with air/AA if they actually want to use it at all.
