Cheers for the explanation. I guess it gives me an excuse to paint up a second Thunderhawk at least, and I'll likely pick up more terminators then.

Hi guys, I hope this is an appropriate place to ask. I've owned a bunch of Epic models for years and, having been playing Adeptus Titanicus for a while and using some of the models for tokens, basing etc, I figured I'd actually give Epic a go as a game in it's own right. I've narrowed down my list c...

Yeah, it seems to be a bit of a sore spot for some managers, lost sales and so on. They have the whole 'order of £40 or more in store are free delivery' but that doesn't help with not getting your hand on the product for several days. Speaking of, my copy should arrive tomorrow....

Yeah, GW's main store model has a very limited selection for AoS and 40k and that's about it - anything Blood Bowl, Necromunda etc etc isn't a core line and thus not traited for in store. Kill Team bucks the trend as that gets a whole bay in the layout. The Idoneth release, for example, only had a c...

The Warlord nicknamed First Class is now also (practically) done! All it needs is the blue on the turbolasers, but eh, close enough for now. https://i.imgur.com/LiJ4W71.jpg That's probably good enough for a starting point for Legio Umbrax. I'll paint up all the new models in a different scheme to fa...

Good shout, I'm very likely to do the same. I wouldn't mind differences between two Legios, but I'd prefer to avoid them in the same one. Now I just need to work out a second scheme.

That does seem a lot more favourable. They'll clearly be smaller, but I'm guessing it won't be a huge issue from across the table.

Just a slight size difference then. Cheers for the comparison pic!

Ah, slightly less favourable then, heh. Still, at least the forumware Legio can be put on the right bases and used as placeholders for now, since I'll inevitably get Reavers and Warhounds when they come out too.

I'm guessing that's in inches? The old upscaled Lucius Warlord from a while back is 4.4" tall too, so that's pretty good!

Cheers Malika2!

Finished up Solemn's packmate, Killstreak.

The game should arrive on Wednesday along with some bases for the Warhounds, so that's exciting!

Well he has a placeholder base, but finished the first member of Legio Umbrax, the Host of Shades.

Here's the Warhound Respas, nicknamed Solemn.

Just popped back to the forum after 3(!) years, looking for size comparisons for the new AMTL stuff and forumware and bam, here's one. Huge thanks! Now to wait for the Warhound and Reaver ones...
