That's awesome!
Also, are those the walking fish from Silver Tower? |

Nice! I like the colors used.
I used the same Flames of War bases for my Guard army too ... they work great. |

As someone with a few Titans (not as many as many on this forum though), I'd like to point out that the old titans and scenery (i.e. the cardboard buildings I have loads of) is scaled against each other appropriately. And there's nothing stopping you from scaling the distance down (1/2 or just conve... |

Let's do the trigonometry! A Warlord is ~36m tall. My thumb is around 2" tall. The guide above says my arm is 25" long (not going to measure it in case it shows I'm a mutant ... I don't want to have to report myself ... better not to know). So that's (36 / 2) * 25. An operational safety di... |

I finished!!! Took a bunch of pictures, but the lighting turned out really aweful. That was about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't found time to go back and take more pictures. I'm thinking I'll get all my Imperial Forces out for a global photo shoot sometime (about 18k worth). This will probably be ... |

Relabeled this a ToEG 2014 post. Should be able to complete it within a year :-). Holidays and other stuff (funerals, unexpected house guests, and the resulting backlog at work) has kept me from spending the time needed to finish this off in 2013. I ended up giving up on the stencils and stamps and ... |

Thanks for the kind words!
They were a lot of fun to paint. Now I just need to get my Ultramarines done...
(And deep deep in the pit of my stomach, I'm starting to feel a "Waaaarrrggh" building up). |

Thanks! The answer to boredom is simple really ... I'm insane :-). Actually, so far it hasn't been too bad. Most of the work I've done has been done with "the big brushes" (i.e. base coating, dry-brushing, washes). Now that I'm starting the detail work I might break it into more manageable... |

Another update. Got sick for a few weeks, so I'm not quite where I want to be, but it's all still coming along. The underlying color is done (Aliatoc Blue base, Drybrush Skink Blue, Wash with thinned down Asurman Blue). Everything is very very blue at the moment. Next up I'll be picking out details ... |

It's October, time for the September update. This is everything assembled in their cases. Please excuse the blurry pictures. @Simulate Knave: I actual do have some whirlwinds. Just no predators or vindicators. It sounds like I shouldn't worry too much about it. @jimmyzimms: I was thinking of painting them blue. I have greenish guard and red titans, so blue marines seem to make sense :-). I guess that would make them Ultra... |

<transmission intercept> Three ... Two ... One ... Launch. Marines are inbound, repeat, Marines are inbound. </transmission intercept> Going for the Imperial hat trick. IG, AM and now the Adeptus Astartes. I probably won't finish this in 2013, so it might leak into 2014. But I'm going to try. I'll ... |
