I thought it was funny... Anyway, brilliant Tau camo. Simple yet effective. I actually like Tau a lot more in epic scale. I don't think that an entire army in this scheme would look dull in any way. Rather, I find it suggestive of Tau fluff. Which I know precious little about, though.

Agreed! I have remade my army completely since we met, and I too have tons of non-wagoned infantry. Orks in CC... That would be a welcome change :)

Edit: By the way, I thought orkses were an essentially asexual mushroom based lifeform :)

I have recently been smitten by a vision of ferals and copious amounts of squig catapults. I'm thinking loads and loads of catapults, and I am not fond of the current mini. Plastic I-beams and assorted stuff to the rescue, me thinks. Will see if I can muster the energy to do it. Have to paint the Ba...

For me that would be a price issue. I would consider making my own moulds to manage a big building project. So it is hard to tell without knowing roughly what prices we are talking about.

Would that mean that you will print, say, only 5 stories facades? Still nice, but not as versatile as perhaps a 3 level variant. What is the difference money-wise?

Well well. Gearing up for som epicness, I thought I might post the rest of the green horde. I have a pretty huge old epic 40K ork army that I am updating into EA-standard. I hope the craptitude of the photography is not too much of a downer.

Bumping a bit. What happened? Sorry if I missed something obvious, but this seems too good a project to let go.

I was actually referring to the IG in those battle-pics of yours. But cryptic is fine by me :)

Great conversions! Amazing attention to detail. I would very much like to know what type of riveting tool you used too. Did this by pinning with, well, a pin. Works, but sores the thumb surprisingly, so a tool like this would speed things up greatly.

Very orky indeed! Now I must steal all ideas on this forum and build one of my own...
