If you want an easy method of creating a BFG playing mat image or a campaign map I recommend a program/Photoshop plugin set called Universe. Using it you can create images of planets, solar systems, and galaxies. You could even make something as grand as the Eye of Terror (Which I'm trying). While i... |

I recommend Veni Vidi Vici, they have a large range of transfers, make custom ones, AND sell blank transfer sheets that can be printed on with a laserjet printer or photocopier. |

This was actually discussed in the story for Angor Prok, the legendary Kroot Shaper. During his war with the greenskins the Kroot ate the dead orks and because of this they didn't shed massive amounts of spores, thus the orks could not reinforce their troops through spores much. |

"Pax Imperialis" Oddly enough my friend who plays SM uses near the same name for one of his ships, Pax Imperium. When I get a battleship I'm naming it "Hebenus Exitus" (Ebony Death). My next battlecrusier I'm not sure about, maybe something like "Caliginosus Tonitrus". I'll be naming my FS squadron ... |

I just went to Forgeworld to check and I was right about the Barracuda, it also has seeker missiles in a drop down bay. The Tigershark has 2 nose ion cannons, and a drone-controlled burst cannon on each wing. From what I can see on the model the Manta has 12 ion cannons on the wings, 4 drone-control... |

I don't know the exact number or stats but in my Codex Tau it says the Manta has heavy railguns with seeking drone shells and ion cannon batteries while the Barracuda has a drone-controlled burst cannon on each wing and a body mounted ion cannon on the nose of the fighter. |

I'm currently doing a series of test runs with it against every ship type of the original four races. I've gotten through the Imperials and I'll be on to Chaos later tonight. The initial results with the first rules draft don't look good, so I'll probally be pumping up the strength or doing as Shado... |

I haven't decided yet who it is for, but I consider the short range to be a balancing effect so it retains power at short range (At long range it would be too weak) AND because it's hard to project a low-power stream of ions a long distance without it dissipating or spreading out. I am going to give... |

In answer to your questions: I ?forgot to put in the range which is why it looks like it won't work and to mention that they fire as 2 seperate weapons, not one. The current range is 20cm. The Ion Streamer is required to conduct the electrons directly to target, otherwise they would be attracted to ... |

I'm new to these forums (And somewhat to BFG) so this is my first post here. Recently I came up with a new weapon which I thought might be fun to have in BFG. I've made some rules for it and thought you guys might want to see it and then I can get some feedback. Electron Flux (ELF) Cannon/Ion Stream... |
