Here is some more info from the comment section in case you missed it. It was James Hewitt I chatted to and he was willing to divulge quite a lot of information and was clearly excited on the topic (as was I!). I'm still recalling things as I managed to collar him for nearly 30 minutes! Allow me to ...

The dark yellow gives across the dour mood of the chapter. Nice work.

Wow, that's a lot of work for epic minis, but well worth it. Maybe I'll paint my next batch of guys better. I have a Crimson Fist army growing. All I did was prime black, drybush midnight blue, drybrush regal blue, then a very light drybrush of Ultramarine blue just try to catch the raised edges and...

A 2p is probably the same size as a Canadian penny. I see what you mean about the movement very clearly on those rhinos, they do tell quite a story. I might just try to paint more detail on my models after seeing your work. Do you highlight your models or just shade them? Have you seen any other arm...

Wow, those look awesome. The detail on the nurgle bases is also very impressive. Personally I'm not a fan of basing vehicles, but I think that your personality wouldn't let you do something half way, if your attention to detail is any indicator! ;) How long did it take you? What kind of brush did yo...

Ya, they had skulls on them? Those were great, I liked the rhinos too, lots of detail and even shading. Can you post some picks?

Why did you decide to base your marines on round bases?

Hello, I've painted up some marines over the weekend and am ready to base them. At first I was set on basing them the new way, on the long "stick" bases. I definately don't want to base them on the old square bases, I don't think it looks as good imho. Then I came acrosss some necely paint...

You guys seem like an intelligent lot. I was reading some fluff on the Emperor and I have this question. If the Emperor's spirit is still alive, why can't any human psychers talk to him? The Emperor was the most powerful psycher, an immortal demi-god that made the gods of chaos fear him. Then he die...

I'm sure you all have heard that Games Workshop has been going after many fan websites with cease and desist letters, claiming various copyright infringements. Librarium Online was even told that their 2 headed eagle was an infrigement. I wonder if the Christian Orthodox church will get a letter dem...

That's pretty neat. I lived in Moscow for a while in the late 90's and early this millenium and there were packs of ownerless dogs on the streets that just banded together. They would sleep in the metro at night for warmth. But in Moscow they were hunted and killed by city employees. No squeamishnes...

Why? I thought that Indians only care about sacred cows, well the hindus at any rate. Are they known as animal lovers in the UK?

Really, for some reason I thought "storm trooper" when I saw the MK7. The mark 6 I thought was just original until it was pointed out that it is supposed to look like a knights helm. Then I thought, "cool." It seems all the best helmets in sci-fi take a bite from a knights helm. Well at least in Sta...
