Here's my impression of the Necron list: I wish the points costs for immortals, wraiths, etc were in multiples of 25. I'd change the unit upgrades to 2 wraiths for 75 and 2 immortals for 75. Flayed ones feel slightly too cheap, mostly because they are teleporting scouts. The current monolith system ...

I stuck in the bit about only 3 rounds of close combat in an attempt to limit free movement during the assault, rather than to limit the amount of fighting that happens.
