Hi guys, Don’t post much, but I’m always drawn back to Epic, i’ve been using Future War Commander for years but now find myself wargaming solo on Vancouver Island and dreaming of the Halcyon days of 2nd Edition. So I was thinking of re=painting my epic specific stuff in more Canon like colours (you ... |

I'd re-iterate what DasBilligeAlien said I taught Blender for 5 years, have used Maya / Max and many moons ago use lightwave. without exception ALL of them have good and bad points. 3D software is complicated enough that there will always be annoying bugs you have to live with. Try a few and see whi... |

Not everyone likes the activation system in FWC but I think it depends on what type of player you are. I've had my moments of frustration with it but I've gotten more relaxed and think it does allow that introduction of both Lady Luck and Murphy to your planning and can result in some positively cin... |

Just catching up on this. simply speechless. outstanding! I'm also very glad you elucidated why you have so much, while my collection is pathetically small in comparison, its great to hear that playing isn't as important as collecting for you. I hadn't thought of viewing my minis that way before and... |

I've not played it but I've heard of people using Gruntz in 6mm (its usually 15mm) though from what I've seem of the ruleset it may have too much chrome for you. |

Bit late reply I know, EpicA is popular and is a good game, my group here in Gloucestershire play mostly FWC, which , while it has its flaws, does allow you to play outside a specific fluff setting. We enjoy it and it does let us pitch daleks against space marines, or Kraytonians vs Eldar. I like it... |

It seems very difficult to get people playing sci-fi 6mm in anything but EPIC variants, which is a shame. As it is I'm struggling to get people to play games that don't have up to date printed rule book in my area(specifically EPIC). My group here in Gloucester plays a lot of FWC (in fact we have a... |
