Someone's had a lot of hobby time recently. Got some rhinos done and made missile packs for these terminators. Threw in a comparison shot to show how big and imposing these guys are.

Airbrush is offline for a little bit, so I'm not going to be able to do my finishing washes and weathering. Here are some whirlwinds and land raiders done up to that point. At the moment I'm trying to get more things done, and being too finicky with the hazard stripes is a bit of an impediment to th...

Painted up some predators I made from chopping up some onslaught minis. I also reshot the command bunker in this lighting setup, hopefully more of the color gradation in the ash is visible. The hexagonal piece is a toxic pool of industrial effluent. To be clear I'm trying to theme all my terrain aro...

Finished some dreads and a comms bunker objective piece. Still haven't quite figured out how to do decent photos, would appreciate any tips on shooting wee men.

Done up some static defenses and some terrain. Guns are all onslaught, and I tried to paint them in an agnostic way so multiple faction could use them. The terrain idea was an abandoned ceremonial square being reclaimed by the ash waste, for a battlefield theme of an Armageddon city destroyed by an ...

Decided to take the armor scheme in another direction, weathering+camo was too much and I wasn't happy with the results. I'm planning on using the metal russes as conquerors.

Many times, I've just had to destroy the base. Sometimes, if I want to save it, I slice the minis off at their feet. Downsides, this method is time consuming, not great for metal minis, have sliced my thumbs. There are anti-superglue products on the market but I've never tried them. Can't say I've g...

Built two of these things but only need one. If you have some questions shoot away. Can include 60mm gw base if you want it. I left off the side armor but I'll send it with it, simple enough to just glue on. I'd like to see cash unless somebody has some noise marines or eldar wraithguard they'd like...

Maybe move the actuators to a vertical alignment? The leverage is I think what makes the current draft a little wonky - it seems like the drill would weigh just about as much as the rest of the vehicle. It also just takes up a ton of visual real estate. I think making the drill section mounted right...

Got some sentinels done, turned out a little darker than I'd like, but now I think I got a good handle for this army's colors going forward. The Lemans are done up in my interpretation of the standard Armageddon ash-waste camo scheme, these guys are ready to go into oil wash and weathering. Colors u...
