@Azazel : the main base is originally a LOTR tray for 8 figs.
I just kept 4 holes, cover it with different pastes, paints and pigments (colors in powder).
Sand bags are made in green stuff...

oups, sorry, I didn't catch the real question.
Back home know, I measured it precisely:
round base is 65mm,
the beast itself fron tail to the "farest" tooth is 85mm and 65mm up to the "tallest" ork.
