In the datasheets of the IG Manticores it says BP2 for the Rocket launcher, what does this mean?

I'm starting small at only 1500 points, some of these must be 25000+ ... I'm amazed at how you find the time to paint and game with huge armies...

| So there arn't any official rules available at all? I thought there might be because the Earthshaker Cannon was at least mentioned in the free set of rules... but I couldn't find it anywhere... Is that the same with the Forge World Leman Russ variants, Ork Bommerz Ork Flak Gunz etc? |

I'm starting Epic allong with my brother, and wondered about the forge world models, are there any rules that go with the Earthshaker cannon and Ork bommerz for example?
My brother is starting IG and I'm starting Orks by the way.
