*woops*, noticed it was still WIP so I'll hold off on any comments.

Looks like a pretty good match so far. Can't wait till those genestealers see some action. Sham about the support squad bitting it, though that's more to spawn back eventually! Just a quick question, but the tyranid list doesn't seem to have the prerequisite "1/4 of points being common brood". Unles...

Very nice work all around. I love the glossy look... it's not so much "covered in goo" as "hard smooth beetle shell" look.

As a tyranid player I hope you don't mind me borrowing some of your conversion ideas! :)

As long as it's not in the spray variety, bring it along!

That said don't waste the entire cruise painting. It can be great fun to watch the waves go by...
And be sure tell us how the otter tastes! :)

Probably not, but I'm wondering if this is even worth it. It's at $200 United States Monies right now.

Thanks guys! I have my malefactors primed and ready, so I will paint some of those up tonight hopefully (them, or my normal 40k genestealers). I will try to work on the white bone color. It really is an off-white, and brings the whole figure together so I don't want to mute it too much. It really br...

Lovely! The bases for those genestealers and biovores are really nice as well.

It's interesting to see the little guys next to the big one. You have really captured the hive fleet!

Here is a picture of two exocrine I finished. Basically since these are my first epic miniatures I wanted to get a decent paint job without ruining the details. Don't think I did too badly! Though it's not what I would consider the "cleanest" paint job in the world. I'm still having problems gettin...

While I don't have too many games under my belt to really discuss the underlining issue, I do request that  the rules be made simple and to the point. It keeps games flowing.

I like special rules, but when you layer them on thick it becomes a pain to remember.

(Veskit @ Jul. 03 2007,17:19)QUOTEThat being said, I liked the way the new nid list played. Much more like an epic army rather than a broken piece of garbage.   I will be looking forward to my next game in a week or so! That's awesome, I'm glad you had fun despite the lose. If you have the tim...
