| The first four Horus Heresy books are good, and 'Fulgrim' is as well. However, 'Descent of Angels' is just awful. I did however like 'Legion', but am not getting on with the last one 'Battle for the Abyss' if I remember the title right. |

| The Gaunt's Ghosts series, and the Double Eagle spin off. I've really enjoyed them. They also read well from an Epic perspective, in the main, with battles that really feel large, even if we are focussing on a small part of it. |

I do like that.
I'm also not averse to the idea of Demons being part of the list, but not core as Neal suggested. Why not make them a support choice? Retinues that have chosen them are marked by an icon bearer. |

I'm looking as an alternative at Pax Arcadia tanks from DRM, but that'll leave me a bit short for the 6 wheeled armoured car and the N50 half track, though again, there are options in ... |

| I'm just reading 'Honour Guard' now, and the AT70 Reaver tanks almost sound like they could be well modelled using Russian T-80 miniatures. It definately says that they are not Imperial style armour, and this would give them a definate look. Also have half tracks with AT guns mounted on the backs of... |

That's what I'm reading as well.
I'm just wondering if Blood Pact would make a good list for Epic. They are for certain not a straight LatD list, as their capabilities are meant to be as good as Imperial Guard, with the Deathguard troops as good as IG Stormtroopers. |

| Does anyone have any thoughts on how the Blood Pact vehicles stack up against their Imperial counterparts? The fluff says they have some Baneblades, but it's mainly Urdeshi pattern vehicles. They say these are slightly inferior to imperial vehicles, but how inferior is inferior? |

Given the uncanny way my mind seems to mesh with Moscovian's, I'll also vote for plan 'A.' I also think it would be a great place to put the 'Nid list when we write the supplement. I'll even proof read and help out any other way on the writing, if y'all don't mind.
