Hi!
I really wish there were more pictures of 6mm infantry. There are pictures of some )most I beleive can be obtained from Maksims excellent 6mm links on the yahoo group), but there are still gaps.
I wish companies could have picutres on ALL their minis.

Primarch | Yes it is very odd indeed that companies expect people to buy something without seeing it first! No wonder GW outcompetes these 'lucky dip' companies!
Even my usual 15mm ancients supplier 'Essex Miniatures' has picutres few and far between onits ancient site... I mean even with its vast ranges it cannot take that long to photograph and put up a pictures of each figure on their website!!
Back to genestealer cults, I remember both the 40k article and the firepower article on genestealer cults, yes the limosines were very cool!
In 40k, I know some tyranid players just use their hybrids as gaunts with guns (spinefists or similar for most small arms, perhaps with a 'mutant' heavy upgrade if the brood includes a heavy weapon). I was thinking of maybe doing the same, plus including magus's as zoanthropes (non-close combat orientated psykers) That way I could still use it all in tournaments. The patriarch is a 'brood lord' now of course! I would love to use the old dude in the chair for this , but I only have the old walking patriarch figure so he would have to do...

I suppose that works better than using the Cult as an IG army. There's NOTHING in the IG army that would make an approximation of a Purestrain.

If only there was someone we could get to sculpt mini's for us. Civilian vehicles would be so cool.

I got some 6mm Civ. Veh. from SJ Games for their Car Wars game IIRC. I scatter them around Imp. cities as cover. I think they are waay OOP !
