Some of you might remember a few pics I post awhile back of a table I was working on...here is a completed (more or less) photo of the table from this past weekend - i will try to take some better ones the next time I have it out and setup.

Wow! I wish _I_ had a table like that. Plus the space to store it in... :blues:

That's a lot of FW terrain on there, chief - Tank Factory, 2 Sensorius (possibly 3) and 5 or 6 of the complete buildings.

Out of interest, 2 questions:

1, Any reason for not using the ruined FW cuildings?

2, What did you base the buildings on?

Superb, really really nice job.

I like how you've left the streets quite wide; lots of room for movement and pleasing to the eye as well. :)

All the city blocks are based on hardboard - I cut them out with a jigsaw and then sanded the edges down and rounded off the corners. I am lucky to have the Chicago Battle Bunker nearby (which sells Forge World - often at a discount) as well as have a good in with the GW people here (I help run a massive GW club in the area). Some of the Forge World was donated - and other pieces (like the Cathedral) I received as comp for running 40K tournaments over the years. I bought maybe 5-6 buildings in total and a few bunkers.
The table is still in my living room (in pieces) and before I pack it up for a bit I will try to lay it out again and take some good pics (this week if possible).

All the side streets are 2" wide and the main streets leading ot the roundabouts are 4" wide - wanted to leave enough room for a Titan to at least Pac Man his way around the table.

I just came accross this picture, great looking table. I echo the others, wish I had one like that.
