I have a small Klingon Bird of Prey from AMT (IIRC), it has a 5 or 6 inch wing span. I think I was planning on using it as a Chaos Dropship !

Yeah, I guess this model was subliminally inspired by the Bird of Prey.. -I actually built the large AMT/ERTL kit a few years ago- it is currently in a rather sorry state of repair, but its a nice model, so I'll dig it out, repair and repaint it sometime,

Checked it out ... my Bird of Prey has a 4? in wingspan. Put some landing legs/gear on her and she just might make a good Dropship !

Hi!
Its actually very gratifying to see an epic mode that can actually, realistically, carry the amount of models the fluff attributes it should.

Yeah, I like realism in my models, so I built the containers after measuring the tanks- each can fit 3 Chimera sized vehicles in, or (iirc) 1 Baneblade or equivalent.... ...plenty of room for more troops & tanks in the interior cargo bay as well!

I did consider building the cockpit with clear glass panels, LEDs inside, that sort of thing... didn't have time sadly... I promise when I build another, it'll have more detail, including this!!
