A couple of players in the local game store have been using the old Magic Health stones (just like these) as blast markers etc. They look nice and are easy to use.

Oh and I forgot, we bought ours from a craft store, they are called accent "gems" or "flats" and were about 75 or so for $4 USD (about 2 uk pounds).

The skull box is cool ! We use the old E40K Blast Markers. And with the larger ones, we place the small green die next to it to count total blast markers ...
