No ideas at the moment, PB.
What do they ride?
Sorry.

Hi PB, this is a seriously daft suggestion, but it might just work - try plastic toy farm set chickens with liberal applications of green stuff or equivalent. I alway call my 40K FW Knarloc an 'atomic chicken', so it might work the other way round too.

From the latest FW newsletter (no epic though).
As you may have noticed from the Games Day releases above, the 40K Kroot Knarloc Riders will be making their first international appearance in Chicago at the end of the month. We first showed two of the poses displayed here a few newsletter ago but we now have a third different Knarloc. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/knarrider.htm Well they are also available to pre-order right now on the Forge Word online store at http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/acatalo....11.html The Kroot Knarloc Riders will be released week commencing 16th of August and they will be available as a pack of three different Knarlocs as shown and are complete resin and plastic models only needing assembly and painting. The set includes a couple of resin arms for the Kroot too. One can be equipped with a goading stick and another can be assembled in a pose firing its Kroot rifle.

Quote (primarch @ 22 2004 July,05:58) | Hi!
They probably will, the Tau after all are the only full epic line they have, so in due time it will come.
Primarch | I agree, they seem to love the Tau. Lucky for those who want Epic Tau.

And I do ! The Tau were a great addition to the 40K Universe, IMO ! Adds another dimension to the force mix and are more Sci-fi than Gothic. And are more like a modern army, where most of the rest are a hi-tech version of WWII. That was always my opinion, but Jervis reinforces that in a number of his writings.

modern army, like with the crisis suits and all that.
I understand what you mean (though I like hightech WW2 or more WW1 a lot more than manga-type bubblegum sci-fi). In my opinion the Tau is a really welcome addition due to its moral standpoint and brings more depth in relation to all the other races pure evil / crazy evil type of morals. However I dont think the Kroot fit at all with the Tau.
sorry for my sub-par english.

Well... apparently human flesh don't taste that bad so can't say there would be a major issue there. Just gotta kill 'em stealthily so they don't tense up there muscles.

We still have the Ghurkas in our army, they are still issued with a close quaters weapon. The Kroot are positivly pleasant compared to some of the forces I've read about in the 40k universe Also in the fluff many of the Kroot do not agree about being in the Empire. As for human flesh, well I prefure my meat organic and free range.Problem is that nearly all human flesh in that catogory is also endangered Looks like I'll have to eat factory raised again.
Pass me my stun gun would you. Cheers and BBQ
