Alright...
Anyone read the Gaunt's Ghosts novels? They make good light reading on the train.
Late in the series they recruit a bunch of Hivers into the regiment. Do they end up with the same uniform as the Tanith?
I figure the new IG plastics can easily be Tanith. A quick pass with a file and the helm becomes a beret, paint the arms flesh and the coat becomes a cape. Perfect. I just don't remember if the Hivers get kitted out the same(except the knife.)
My books are in storage a few miles away so I dont have access.
Sorry for all these uniform questions....its the Historical gamer in me wanting all the fiddly bits right. We are an obsessive lot.

Yeah, I believe the Vervunhivers (sp?) get kitted out with all the Tanith gear- camo cloaks etc.. a load of women join the regiment too iirc...

They did get the same equipment; it's mentioned in one of the last pages of Necropolis.
