Is it 8mm? Is it 6mm? Is it some fraction we can't even tell?
Well the answer's in ... probably, absolutely, maybe ... ;)

Basically the new FW RoB for Adeptus Titanticus has a little wrecked Leman Russ tank that when measured is almost exactly 3cm. That's basically a 115% upsize on the 3rd edition LR. It's... all of the above (well technically that's 6.9mm scale)? Basically in typical GW/FW fashion, nothing's in scale!

:spin ;D :D O0

Hey Jimmy, is that home-made tabletop terrain, or is it 'off-the-shelf'?

They showed the cover of Titandeath at the open house today, but no real news to speak of.

We did find out a small amount of new things:

The game is apparently selling very well.
They will make the new Warbringer Nemesis titan for AT, but not in the next 2 years as they've already got 2 years of releases planned (and they were probably waiting to see how well the game sold before deciding how much new stuff to add).
Alien races might happen in 5 years or so.
Weapons sprues in 4-6 weeks.
They showed off new transfers and 4 ROB tiles:

Pariah sequel will be happening and has a place on Dan's list of books to write. It sounds like new management came in for a few years at Black Library and pissed off the editor and put off many of the writers. They then realised they'd screwed up and changed back to how they were before and so Dan is back writing more for them again.

Going back to this, how long is a FW and forum Leman Russ for comparison out of curiosity? Mine are buried away in cases somewhere and I'm too lazy to dig them out.

Titandeath & Weapon Sprues go on pre-order next week.

I know what I'm going to be doing in early February!

New Article on the contents of Titandeath.

This one covers battlefield environments, some of the scenarios in it, and the campaign system.

It doesn't seem like there's all that much if you don't play scenarios. Hmm. Might sit this one out and wait for a compendium edition. Still, looking forward to weapons! Finally, magnetising comes into its own!
