Anyhoo, what a difference a year makes. Out of the suck and finished the lamenters, finally.

Attack bikes. I used an epic40k side car for one and chopped up a plastic bike for another side car. Feeling kind of smugly satisfied with these

Some shapeways magic up next. I really like how the preds turn out. Finding those ended a years-long quest for preds that fit into the E40K theme of the rest of the army and at least looked like they weren't as wide as they are long. I took the BFG turrets off my razorbacks (see earlier in the thread) and used those whirlwind hulls for my new preds. I acquired new rhinos for some improved razorbacks.

... And finally, the centerpiece of the army (or maybe just the biggest model) the landing craft. I've been fiddling with this thing for weeks and declared it done last night regardless of any lingering flaws:





I can't wait to use this thing in a game. Of course that probably means it will blow up the first time it flies on the board.
