First playtest with my Chaos Titan Legion against Squats. Tried a pure Slaanesh build this time to get a feel for the Unity of Command special rule (which gives pure builds a buff).

Turn 1
Squats win initiative. Goliath Mega Cannons Sustain Fire on Questor and Hell-Knights. Inflict 2 blast markers on each (the white glass beads).

Initiative is retained with Cyclops, which advances and fires with its main gun on the Questor. A one is rolled, but the Questor is by now so unnerved that it breaks and doubles over to the right.

Subjugators doubles over from the left towards the Cyclops. They get a +1 on this initiative test due to Unity of Command, so they succeed automatically. They fire at the Thunderfires but only manage a blast marker.

Squat Light Artillery fires at the Hell-Knights, kills two which breaks them (the black bead marks this).

Ravager advances, fires at the Robots in the ruins. Robots in the ruins Marshalls in response, shooting at the Hell-knights in the forest for no effect. The Warlord doubles and fires at the Robots again.

The Warriors with the Squat supreme commander doubles down on the right. Fires at the Questor for no effect. The Hell-blades fail to activate.

Turn 2!

Initiative won by Chaos Titan Legion. In the rally phase, only the Hell-striders had managed to rally, and they attempt to Engage the Iron Eagles. They summon 3 daemonettes, and fails their initiative. The re-roll succeeds, but one of the Hell-striders roll snake-eyes while charging through the ruins. Luckily the daemons saves the surviving Hell-strider from breaking.

The Hell-striders manage to win their battle against the Iron Eagles after two rounds of combat, supported by their daemons and the nearby Subjugators. The Subjugators then attempt to engage the Cyclops with a retain initiative and succeeds. The Cyclops is promptly torn to pieces by their Hellclaws. Since the combat ended so quickly, all nearby squats are rewarded with a blast marker.

The Overlord advances, firing at the Subjugators. The Painlord wipes out the Robots in the ruins. The Reviler doubles down and fires at the warriors.

The Berzerkers engage the Subjugators, killing one and breaking the other so that it doubles over the board. The Hell-blades attack the Warriors on the right.

In the rally phase, neither the Hell-knights nor the Hell-striders manage to rally, but the Subjugator and the Questor does.

Turn 3: This is not a drill

For some reason I decide to move the Hell-knights away from the secondary objective in the turn 2 rally phase. So turn 3 naturally starts with the Squats appearing with their drill on the exact spot they vacated.

Chaos Titan Legion wins initiative in turn 3. The Questor doubles (to get that +1 initiative modifier) and fires everything at the Squat supreme commander which is the only unit in his formation that's not in cover, which kills him. The Subjugator suspects that the Goliaths are out to get him, and so quickly marshals and gets within 15 cm of the secondary objective.

The Squat Light Artillery fires at a Hell-knight, killing one.

The Reviler doubles back to protect the Blitz. The overlord doubles forward and fails to kill the remaining Hell-knight. The Painlord summons some Steeds of Slaanesh and engages and wipes out the Light Artillery.
