Thanks!

Just to give you a quick status update:

Green = ready
Yellow = almost ready
Orange = early WIP
Red = not even started yet

Ready:
Novan IVR: standard kit -> shipped to Vanguard Miniatures.
Novan IVR turret upgrades: a set of 4 extra turrets (quad autocannon, multilaser + hunter killer missiles, light battle cannon, and laser destroyer cannon) and parts to turn the IVR into a medical transport. -> shipped to Vanguard Miniatures.
Novan IVR turret upgrades: a set of 3 extra turrets (twin linked HMG's, twin linked subatomic heat weapons, twin linked flame throwers, iconographic front hull plate) as part of the 'Weapons of Faith' series (Religious Sisterhood, Inquisition) -> shipped to Vanguard Miniatures.
Vehicle Armour Sprue (IVR): two variants -> shipped off to Vanguard Miniatures.

Work in progress:
Turret emplacement: a bit of tweaking needed and very maybe make a few variants?
Vehicle Upgrade Sprue: an assortment of various bits that you could add to your tanks, from hunter killer missiles, search lights, comm arrays, fuel tanks, etc. -> So far I've got a mini turret for the front hull of the IVR and a missile launcher. More to be added soon
Novan Elite Fighter: Started upscaling the original BFG scaled model.

On hold:
Novan Siege Tank: standard kit with anti bunker cannon and laser destroyer to hunt down tanks
Vehicle Armour Sprue (Siege Tank): extra armour for the siege tanks
Weapon variants: extra (quad multiple laser cannon, quad HMG, quad autocannon, quad mortars)
The Siege Tank project has been put on hold. I'm not really happy with the way it's turning out. Will probably have to start from scratch again when redesigning this machine.
Evil Upgrade Sprue: various spikes and bits to turn your tanks into traitor counterparts.
Looted Upgrade Sprue: various bits and such to make the vehicles look as if they've been looted by Skinnerz.
The evil and looted upgrade sprues have been put on hold as well. Problem is that these components are (a) a bit too fiddly and (b) when beefed up (for easier production) end up make the IVR look out of proportions. The best solution here is to probably to take the hull and turrets and tweak them to make them look evil or looted and then print those, rather than the adjustments being separate bits.

Update on the turret emplacements:

From left to right: empty, heavy subatomic heat gun (multi-melta), plasma cannon, twin linked autocannon, laser cannon.

Whilst the tanks don't have any rules for such weapons, the turret emplacements luckily enough offer a whole wide range of different turrets.

The emplacement itself will need some tweaking, after that it's ready and can be supplied with a sprue containing 4 new weapon systems. 8)

By the way, I'm a bit in doubt as to what to change to the gun emplacement, I'm thinking of removing that 'gap line' (don't know a better word for it) in the centre of each of the four sides. Will (a) make it easier to paint and (b) facilitate creating another piece that could be mounted underneath the gun emplacement that would allow you to turn it into a gun tower.

I think I'm much more excited by these than the rumoured AT release.

Great ideas and great execution. Looking forward to when I can get grubby mits on them.

Really? Thanks for the kind words! I'm quite excited about the upcoming Titanicus game though, I MIGHT be buying some official GW products for the first time in over a decade...

In the meantime, a little update on the gun emplacement, I've added a 'tower block'. You can basically stack these up to one another, turning the gun emplacement into a gun tower.

Love the turrets!
I have some home brew rules for turrets and emplacements somewhere, that I'll post when I find them.
I think a "mini gun" style turret would be awesome!
Some anti air turrets might be fun too!

Thanks a lot dude! :)

Regarding the AA and gatling gun styled turrets, how about this? Might look into this one again, but totally redo it.

Made some recesses in the back of the 'tower blocks', let me know what you think!
