Oh oops. Mustn't have that on my phone.
That probably makes it a little easier, as the percentages for the arms are a little low. Stealing a spot from what was the reactor location will help with this.
Tailoring a table for every type of titan and praetorian is a bit of work, but should be able to mimic the probabilities in the current system while doing away with the templates.
I'll try and tweak the above table a bit and see how it looks.
