Hena PM'd me and said he possibly could, and he'd know for certain over the weekend (or something). I think he said that there would be no finnish team, as nobody else could come :)

And with regret I will decline.
It seems that there may be sufficient people to make an 'international' team, and I do hope the Hungarians and French can also find extra people in time to book transport and hotels.
