ive been posting in the wrong place,

rules we will use: NetEA tournament pack
lists we will use: NetEA Army List Compendium

I need to get the NetEA Army List Compendium army lists STATS in excel format if possible please?

I want to list my army and the specific stats from that army on a one pager to give to new players to use.

If you want to do a little scripting on your side there's a JSON feed of units and stats in the miniwars website. Transforming that into csv is pretty trivial.
