Going to try to run this at an Epic day this Saturday. Pics will be taken. Your thoughts?
"But it was only one bridge!" (As in, "Truly it was a bridge too far...", "But it was only one bridge!")
- Two standard tables narrow edge to narrow edge for a 12'x4' area.
- Defender has a 4k list (up to 1k in reserve) and can setup anywhere on one of the tables.
- Attacker has a 5k list. 2k MUST "deep strike" (teleport, planetfall, land & disembark, come out of portal, etc) turn 1 on the DEFENDER'S table. The other 3k start off board and enter on the narrow edge opposite of the defender's table.
- Three objectives:
- 1 point: middle of attacker's table (small town?)
- 2 points: middle of where the two tables touch (bigger town with bridge?)
- 3 points: middle of the defender's table (hill overlooking towns?)
- The winner is the side with the highest total of "objective points". The attacker can win turn 1 or later, the defender only turn 4 or later.
- Up to two of the defender's formations may garrison the 1 point objective. Any two of their formations may start the game on overwatch.
