Ha. No, not going to happen. Firstly, the URL isn't 'tactical command', secondly the term is probably too generic to even be copyrightable, and finally there are already a whole load of 'Tactical Command' licenses out there, including the Game Boy Advance game from 2005 which is probably the bigger issue for them.

I am also somewhat pleased that although the game has been out for a couple of weeks now, we are still the first result when putting Tactical Command into Google. Thats got to be good. SEO in action.
