Cheers for the suggestions guys but its the gw ones im after, they are for conversions and i only need the scalps i.e pony tails! They are for the lords bodyguard conversions

I can still use the minatures after they have had thier haircuts aswell

Just use greenstuff. I ended up doing that with my Space Wolves in the end because it was easier than getting the boarboyz

Just roll a small "conical" (thinner one end) sausage of GS (cut it to size if necessary) place where you want then put small nicks into it for texture.

The Marine on the left is the GS version, the one on the right is a boarboy tassle.
