Nope, not kidding. For a long time we just called her "baby", then one evening after daycare she pointed to herself and said "Bella". Up to that time, we weren't sure if we were going to use Isabella, Bella, Izzy, Isadora, or whatever, as her day-to-day name.

These days my pet name for her is Roo-Roo.

Congrats! Funny how they start out a bit smaller than the 6mm:28mm ratio we are accustomed to.

Congratulations Ben, you've now entered the time-warp of parenthood, the next few years will speed by in a blur of nappies, vomiting, and unprovoked 3am crying sessions.... maybe it's something to do with the old 'time flies when you're having fun' chestnut, but I personally believe it's to do with sleep-deprivation-based brain damage affecting your temporal perception.....

Congrats as well, though slightly late, and an extension of the above warning:-

As you reach each stage in your off-spring's development thinking that it cannot possibly be worse than the last, be warned it usually is; expect your life to go down-hill for the next 25 years or so!

Very tired, and about to get more tired as I return to work soon! :-p

Isabella is very well behaved so far, touch wood.

My thought is that by the time you get used to one set of behaviour that they develop another that you're totally unaccustomed to :-)

Are you kidding? My 4 year old son wants to help everytime he sees me making or painting miniatures... ;D

Congratulations on your new arrival Evil and Chaos, I hope you're all doing well! :)
