Keep thinking about doing my own reference sheets, just need to find the time to dedicate some resources to it... ideally I'm thinking it'd be database driven, save fanny arsing about with updating several files whenever one change is made to something like the layout.

Do you know what'd be awesome? If the traitor-legion.appspot.com thingy-majiggy produced a printable reference sheet for the units you'd taken. That'd be so handy.

That's a lot of bookkeeping, a lot more than adam currently has to deal with. I think it would be an opportunity to make it something that the Army Champion maintains, with the data being used as the basis for both the army list document (built automatically) and ArmyForge.

Essentially, just a catch-all "look in the notes, this thing acts special for this characteristic".

Or... people could just look in the notes regularly as they learn the game. ;) Learning by rote is the single best way to start remembering this stuff until it's second nature. That's how I learned/remembered.

Don't make me learn stuff! I'm getting old, all the new stuff pushes out the old! ;)

Is that a problem? I know people who'd pay to get the old pushed out them simply by learning stuff.

I don't really see the problem here. Learning stat lines and interpreting profiles has been one of the easiest elements of learning the game for me. Remembering all the main rules and what the special rules actually do is far more problematic in my opinion, and changing the profile template could actually make it less easy to understand.

Leave well enough alone in my view.
