Hy , i have tried to make a new Chaos Space Marine Army Crusade Army list .(I used the old 2 ed epic and epic 40000 chaos army list to create this list for Epic Armagedon)
I want to give the player the chance to play a Standart Chaos Army with support from every Demon faction or some Cultist (Every chaos Space Marine Army needs it cannon fodder ).The Army can be supported from demon engines and followers of the dark gods .if you want to play not a very special Cult army but want to use demon engines perhaps this list is interesting.please send me a comment.

basically, although the list has a lot of options, I'm not sure if it's really that flexible. I think once you decide a slight theme, you become forced to follow that theme to the end, resulting in only about 5 shapes of coherent list.

i'll play around with the numbers, see if my feeling is true.

I have to say that I really like the look of this list. Although it is awesome that there are alot of lists for every faction imaginable I think that the sheer amount of epic army lists has made the world of unofficial epic quite convoluted. I would far prefer one comprehensive list like yours than a dozen that represent all the factions seperately.

I would maybe make one or two changes to the list.

Put chaos space marine terminators as a support choice instead. It would stop you being able to use them as your core.

Possibly (and only possibly) have cultists as a cheaos retinue unit instead of a support. Although it would mean that you could take far cheaper 'core' units and in turn take alot more specials, it would open up alot more army possibilties at the same time.



I look forward to seeing some more feedback to this list as I think you could be onto a winner.




Oh and maybe you could include retardowheels and decimators to the list aswell..

I Think i Add the Death Wheel And the decimates Tommorow to the List as undevided options .
And the Terminators I Planes to put it to 0-1 per Chaos Space Marine Core Unit .
My First Idea for the Terminators as Core Units was that,( every Player used min One in the Army )
To get enough Support choices. I have Set the allowed Support choices to three per Chaos Space Marine Core unit.
I think so the Army get the Chance to use many Support Units.
The Cultist i put in Support to make a clear Cut to Cultist Army.

gah - it's not as clear to read as the previous version.

That clarity and simplicity was the best thing about it:

eg

Does the Terminator formation count as a retinue? It's in the Chaos Retinue section, but it's not called a retinue compared to the Chaos Space Marines Retinue.

And then for every Chaos Retinue you have, you can have 3 Support choices.

THEN, as long as you have some cult marines somewhere (not dedicated formations) you can field as many of the followers (calvary?) and titans and demon engines and demon tanks as you want?



spelling of demons / daemons is variable.
