A few notes regarding the big changes - the installations.
The Apocalypse datasheet for Defense Lasers only allows two (optional) AA turrets, and these are Twin Linked Autocannon with AA mounts, not the Long Barreled Hydra version. Thus your stats would be the AP4+/AT5+/AA5+ statline of the Hydra, but with one shot and 30cm range (-15cm to AA mounts). This assumes you wish to add them - they're optional equipment, and not neccessarily something Epic would normally represent.
OK - removed the secondary turrets completely; Adding bastions to the formation should serve the same purpose. Gave it an anti-spacecraft shot as well, like it has in Apoc.

I like the Lightning Field Generators, but as a formation of Immobile AV, taking one in the middle out will deactivate half the line due to inability to move into coherency. I'd almost prefer something as simple as an Immobile AV with 4+ Armor, 5+ CC, 6+ FF, Fearless, and Scout. The Scout creates a good approximation of the defensive perimiter I understand the LFG to be, while the CC and FF represent the danger of getting too close. Fearless means they need to be physically breached by shooting or engagement to pass, again representative of trying to cross a perimeter defense line.
Redid the lightening fields a bit - I like the Scout idea, and have added some CC/FF capability to give them a little more deterrence effect. The intent is that the pylons can be placed far apart for a wide but easily breached line, or closely for a more expensive line that may take more than a single shot to breach.

I'd like Bastions to get another pip of FF, and a reduction to two Heavy Bolters. Only half the bolters can train on any given point (actually I think in Planetstrike they have a 90 deg feild of fire, meaning only one would cover any given area) so abtracting down to two all round would make sense. This may also allow them to drop to 50 pt each.
Agreed, done.

Shield generators cover too much ground - 90cm means that a generator on your blitz will reach out to your opponent's deployment zone on a normal sized table. A 30-45cm exclusion zone would be plenty.
Reduced to 60cm. I'm after something that can capture the feel of the ground battle on Hoth, where an overland ground attack is needed to breach the position.

The Vox is great, though it may need a points reduction. Not sure though.
Reduced cost a bit. It's not
that great an advantage, after all - the AdMech doesn't need to win initiative like marines or eldar dies.

I'm not against adding a Tech Preist to the Praetorian Support, though I'm not sure it's neccessary. (*edit* - Actually it is due to the five unit capacity of transport minoris, but the rest of the paragraph stands nonetheless) However, the lone Hypasist should go IMO. I understand that the current formaition takes exactly the number of Transport slots available to the Minoris upgrade, but having a spare slot is no biggie, and the Hypasist adds nothing to the formaiton, again IMO.
I felt the spare hypaspist added a bit of flavour - a "minder" squad of a tech-priest and 9 hypaspists commanding and guiding the mindlocked servitors.

Sounds good!
